Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Transaction Status in Ra_customer_Trx_all

Hi ALL,

On what basis the transaction status will change.

I saw 4 statuses

open

closed

pending

void

In my table it always showing open. when it will be closed,pending,void.

Is there any way to change the status?

Do I need to use any flag here?
