fixArray utility - any performance issues?

We are executing the fixArray utility as part of the batch run before activating the domain. Please confirm if this will result in any performance issue?

$RPAS_HOME/bin/.private/fixArray -dir $DOM/AP/ldom1/data

$RPAS_HOME/bin/.private/fixArray -dir $DOM/AP/ldom2/data

$RPAS_HOME/bin/.private/fixArray -dir $DOM/AP/ldom3/data

$RPAS_HOME/bin/.private/fixArray -dir $DOM/AP/data

Scenario 1 - When users are opening the saved workbooks and than performing menu functions.

Scenario 2 - When users are building the new workbooks and than performing menu functions.
