Rolling Patch on RAC two node

Hi,

I've to install patch 13004894 on one of my cluster database (11.2.0.3 on linux).
This is a rolling patch, and  as I understand I can apply it online to only one database (with 2 instances)? Am I right ?
Doing that impact only one database.

But Oracle recommand to rollback all online patches and replace them with regular (offline) patches on next instance shutdown.
If I do that, should I have to patch all my other cluster database (they are sharing the same Oracle Home)?
