SR 3-5764370411: Patch 9551620 causing compile errors for Form ARXTWMAI.fmb

 Hi,

Applied patch patch 9551620. Adworker log shows

FRM-30048: Unable to find record group .
LOV ARXTWMAI_QF_SALESREP
Form: ARXTWMAI
FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.

Had them compile the Form manaully..
frmcmp_batch \module=$AU_TOP/forms/US/ARXTWMAI.fmb \userid=apps/apps \output_file=$AR_TOP/forms/US/ARXTWMAI.fmx \> /usr/tmp/Compile1.log

Compile1.log shows the same errors.  
ARXTWMAI.fmb version is 120.129.12010000.17
There are patches with later versions of Form ARXTWMAI but these require several pre req patches. Trying to compile the Form with out having to apply several other patches.
