Flash Install from ZFS Flar Solaris 10 08/11

I have a V440 with a good "base" image I would like to put on several other V440s.  ZFS send/receive will not work because of bug "CR 7151420 zfs send recv fails between (S11+SRU) machine to (S11 fcs) machine".  See my other post for details.

Since the ZFS send/receive was not working out well for me, I decided to try a flar.  I created a flar of the ZFS root pool on a V440 Solaris Update 10.  Booted my new server - also a V440 with the same size 72G HD - from the same Sol10 update10 DVD and tried the flash install.  The flar is on an NFS mount and everything looks fine.  After the install starts I get:
