Upgrading Procurement:11.5.10 Rollup Patch 12 and Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 11.5.10, Rol

Applied the following patches :

• "Patch 8791241: Oracle Procurement Family 11.5.10 Rollup Patch 12"
• Patch 10111967: Oracle Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 11.5.10, Rollup Patch 23

and in the process ; received the 4 errors relating to either the above main patch / its pre-requisites.

Pls verify on how to either FIX these OR if we can safely ignore these errors :

1.     The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

inv     forms/AR        INVSDOIO.fmx
inv     forms/US        INVSDOIO.fmx

How do we fix this ?

2.    The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

gme     forms/AR        PMPARTDB.fmx
gme     forms/US        PMPARTDB.fmx

Can this be ignored / needs to be fixed ?
