standalone 9.1 JITI Faster?

Folks - is there a way to make the JITI faster in standalone 9.1. I am running windows 64bit 8gb ram and the JITI takes forever. Was not like this in previous releases. It seems to be stuck on table generation e.g. Generating Table: F41001

Then get this error message:

JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure: [WEBJITI_ERROR] Demand generation failed for TABLE-F41001:null
