  Patch 9542112 failing with the following error message:

Processing the last batch...ORA-04063: package body "APPS.AD_FILE_UTIL" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.AD_FILE_UTIL"
ORA-06512: at line 1

AutoPatch error:
Error while executing statement (Begin AD_FILE_UTIL.Lock_And_Empty_Temp_Table (' APPLSYS '); End;)
Error calling aiuoraRunStmt(lock_sql).


Error calling adphistMaintainCFRepos().
