Reg: Debrief Error: Extra Debrief line is added without Transaction type

Hi,
Debrief status is completed with error. When i verified further an extra line is added without transaction type and it is not displayed in front end as well.

Can anybody suggest how this line got added and i would like to know what is the workaround for this.

Shall we use datafix to delete that extra line from CSF_DEBRIEF_LINES?
