Japanese characters does not appear in email body during xml bursting

Hi,
We have a requirement to automatically send email through xml bursting program. This is done through Bursting Control file. The email body should have Japanese characters. Once, we receive the mail in outlook, those japanese characters appears as '????' or some other junk characters.

I have uploaded xdo.cfg,bursting control file, font file and the automated email received in zip "jpn_picklist_29052012.zip".

I have tried the below 2 notes, but still the issue is not resolved.
