How To do Item Based Bulk Picking Tasks and Consolidation

Hi,
Warehouse is WMS Enabled.
Item is Serial Controlled.

Requirement is multiple Orders will released to warehouse at One time. and the Tasks will create on Item based to Pick.

Can any one please suggest how to setup, to release the Task Item Based and how to consolidate these items after picker will
complete the pick. Do we require a Consolidation area. How to assign which Serilized Item will will go to which Order.

This will Manual pick.  Please suggest.
