Creating a custom report

Hi,

How can I create a custom report showing opportunities for each individual sales rep. Right now the reports on the homepage show all opportunities. I want to create a report and put it on the homepage so that when a rep logs in and is brought to their homepage, they only see their own opportunities. Is there some special filter that I have to put into the report so that this happens.

Also...I have created a simple report which I saved in the Company Wide Shared Folder.

I created a Homepage Layout as well as a Homepage Custom Report with the path field.
