Requisition status is inprocess at all means it is not approved

dear friend i am using the clone instance here in office .. eventually i am involve in a kind of issue ...mine user creat a requsition and send it for approval .. but the manager who is wholy soly to approve didnt recive the requisition and while i am cheking the status of requisition it gives an In Process status .. now from requisition summary while i am trying to checking the requisiton so its gives me an IN PROCESS STATUS and if i am trying to check the action history from tools so its give me an error APP-PO-14288
