Switching Off Automatic Merging of Mass Additions lines from AP

Hi

Our system is currently set up so that Mass Additon lines from AP come into the Fixed Asset Lines as automatically merged. We are thinking of switch this off, then the lines are can be manually merged by the user when they are creating an asset addition from the Mass Additons Summary form.

I cannot find any reference to this in any Oracle documentation, does anybody know how to do this, plus the navigation.  We are currently using R 12.0.6 of Oracle EBS
