VAT Reporting for Spain

Since 2012 there is a new law in Spain  which states that monthly  refunds  will imply the form 340 on a monthly basis  which is a summary by vendor/customer of all the operations.

Form 340 must be uploaded in such a speific format that iit is not possible to achieve it with the current Oracle reports

Can this request be performed by Oracle

can I get monthly reports for form 340 and 349 ?

If yes can this be done without any customisation  to convert  this Oracle reports in the specific format  including form 349?

Please advice  and recommend ?
