System performance issues after ZFS AR Cache resize

I have an container running on an LDOM on a T3-2 system.  We lowered the max AR Cache settings to 3Gb from 5Gb and after the system reboot we are periodically getting alerts from ssh based monitors that are timing out.  After researching more we are seeing the load go up a small amount but it seems that we are getting an increased amount of ssh timeouts and the system runs extremely slow at the time.  No hardware issues are being detected and it is only happening on the one zone on the LDOM.  The LDOM has 2 other zones
