Patch:9023773 Throws WARNINGS, Should I be concerned?

When running patch there is a warning.  This patch is Autoconfig updates for XML documents.  Is this something I need to be alarmed about?

WARNING: Will not load stale resource unit META-INF/services/javax.xml.transform
WARNING: Unable to load metadata entry from zip file /u01/apps/devpora/8.0.6/owm
/jlib/jssl-1_1.jar
Cause: Error while trying to read metadata from file /u01/apps/devpora/8.0.6/owm
/jlib/jssl-1_1.jar: No metadata entry META-INF/JRIMETA.DAT found
