Patch 6858194:R12.FV.B Which is Pre Req for 13828403 causing invalid XLA objects

Hi,
AP Patch 13828403 has several pre req patches including 6858194:R12.FV.B.
Applying 6858194:R12.FV.B has caused invalid objects which are not AP related.

XLA_00222_AAD_S_000006_PKG
XLA_00222_AAD_S_000009_PKG

XLA_00707_AAD_S_000006_BC_PKG
