Completed Activities in Contact Page

HI,

We have integrated our OUtlook to CRM OD, but when we add any email to particular contact we are not able to see the record in contact page but when we login through admin responsibility it is visible in contact page as completed Activity.

so we are looking for the solution to how to add the completed activity to users contact page.
