Installed Base transaction error.

Hi Experts,

We are using eBiz 11i suite.

We have one item instance which has IB transactions shown in IB page are mentioned below

Trx ID       Trx Date    Appl TrxType           SubType  Source Header Ref Source Trx Date User Name Trx Status
20481548 02-Aug-10 OM OM-Ship/Fulfill                   1169150                02-Aug-10          SYSADMIN      COMPLETE
22387508 22-Feb-11 OM RMA Receipt    Receive       1191488               22-Feb-11           SYSADMIN

Which means customer returned the product back to warehouse using RMA receipt.

But actually we have other transaction also happened on this product.
That is not yet transfered to IB and is not displaying in IB. This transaction is related to new sale order issued to other customer.
