Can we generate deposit invoice in Projects

Hi,

Can we generate deposit invoice in Projects?

We have a requirement whereby Deposit/ Advance is taken from the customers before initiating the contract Project and all future Project Invoices will be adjusted against the deposit.

Please share your inputs on how can we achieve this in Projects?
