Security Hierarchy

Hi all

    I have an urgent problem, I set document running which was wrong. I need to reset document running (PR&PO)
I went to purchasing option and reset document number but the system required security hierarchy. I don't understand and I don't need to set the security hierarchy up.

Please kindly help.
