R12.1 iSupport: During SR creation, at the bottom of the screen it says 'Stap 1,00 of 3,00' instead

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to get rid of the 2 decimals in 'Step x of y' information on the botting of the screen during SR creation?

When I login as an iSupport user and select the English language, the information is displayed correctly: 'Step 1 of 3'
But when I login in Dutch, the information displayed is 'Stap 1,00 of 3,00'.

I tried changing the number format in the user preferences screen (10.000,00 > 10,000.00) but this has no effect at all. Am I overlooking some profile option?
