APEX compliance with Java Portlet Specification JSR 286 or Web Services for Remote Portlets specific

Hi, 
I have got requirement with in  my organization where I want to know if latest version ( or APEX 4.0 ) is compliant to  Java Portlet Specification JSR 286 or Web Services for Remote Portlets specification WSRP v2.0. 

If anyone worked on similar architecture before or know any documentation then please let me know.
