how to consider HOLIDAYS while calcuating Payment DUE DATE

we have a requirment to consider business holidays for payments.

Example : May 28th is US holiday.  we want to pay on 25-May for any payments due on 28-May since 28th is holiday and no payment run happens on that day.

how to acheive this ?

how to advance my pay through date in the Payment run when there is any holiday ?
