OW XE - Mouse wheel to scroll doesn't work on Citrix

Hi.Does anybody know why mouse wheel doesn't run to scroll on Citrix?
I'm talking about OneWorld XE running on Citrix terminal server, when you want to scroll a grid using mouse wheel, doesn't work.
