Where and what is the correct OCR backup?

We are dealing with a 11gR2 RAC database working on a 3 node cluster with ASM. The OCR is backed up automatically (every 4 hours). Recently there appeared 2 questions:

1. Is there a mechanism to back up OCR periodically on the different nodes of the cluster? So far we found the backups mainly only on one node. Therefore, if this node crashes and the file backup of this node is quite old then we may get into trouble.

2. Is there a known bug in the tool that gives you the last OCR backups concerning the date of the backup? For example, ocrconfig -showbackup gives "do1s9163     2012/05/22 14:14:46     /u01/app/11.2.0.3/grid/cdata/ref-a-strang/week.ocr". However, this file is older than 2012/05/22: -rw------- 1 root root 7983104 15. Mai 14:13 week.ocr. More appropriate is another file: -rw------- 1 root root 7983104 22. Mai 14:14 week_.ocr. Is this the correct backup from 2012/05/22?

Howdy, Stranger!
