How to find out tables from form screen?

I am very new to EBS. I have a question. If I am in the form view, how can I find out what tables are the data shown in the form screen are stored at? Is there any documentation or steps that can show me how? Please advice. Thank you very much. I apologize if I have posted in the wrong forum.
