Upgrade Question: Do we have to apply Interoperability ?

We have upgrade database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3(first). And upgraded oracle applications from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3.

 In this scenarios do we have to apply interoperatability using note - Interoperability Notes EBS R12 with Database 11gR2 [ID 1058763.1]. After upgrade to R12.1.3 is complete.
