Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

can any one provide a solution for using Contact on demand with oracle CRM.

right now we are using a local call center software which doesnt have integration with our Oracle CRM On Demand.

so can anybody have a knowledge about Oracle Contact on demand and can we use it in india.

Looking for fast responce.
