Project Asset Creation

Hi,

There is a requirement regarding creation of assets from PA. Summary of requirement is as follows:

- A single task is used to collect multiple types of CIP cost. 

- PO receipts are created against the same task for multiple purchases.

- Based on the type of cost (probably mapping of item to asset category) , projects should be able to assign each cost to different asset. For example all computer purchases on the project is assigned to asset with computer category, and furniture cost to asset with furniture asset category. 

- Then interface each CIP asset to FA.

I am looking at the project client extensions but still not able to decide. Any ideas on how this can be achieved?
