how to verify goldengate if source/target are in sync? Any advice?

I dd some test over last week, everything works fine so far. But efore I stop evryhting, I want to sure source/target are synced up and tried to install/configure veridata, but due to firewall issue in my company, seems cannot run veridata.

What are the best indicator other than veridata that I can stop goldengate for migration cutover? is there a scn or rba for multiple replicat process?

I made like 10 extract/10 replicat processes for our 700 tables. How do I know they are all in sync to a point of time? Is there a view to determine? is there a way to determine all those 700 tables are in the same timestamp?
