Siebel PSP documentation - row set transformation toolkit methods

Hello - Siebel PSP engine is very powerful but unfortunately there is no good documentation available for row set transformation toolkit methods and as usual, people end up customizing PSP without knowledge of PSP capabilities.
It would be great if Oracle publish detailed explanation of each method of RSTT Service with examples (its not documented properly in Bookshelf) . Siebel support has good explanation of "Dynamic sub-procedure" method.(ID - 1160204.1)
