Testing Gather Schema Statistics using "Gather Auto" is resulting in unusual results; is anybody usi

We are running RDBMS 11.2.0.3 with EBS 11.5.10.2, patched to the Release 11i Extended Support Mandatory Baseline. I am testing using the Gather Auto parameter with Gather Schema Statistics, and am seeing results that don't make sense to me. So I thought I would check to see if others are using Gather Auto, and if there are any caveats.

We have already applied the patches for Gather Schema Statistics that fix issues with failures after upgrading to 11.2.0.3. And we applied Patch 11789863, which fixes issues when you run Gather Auto. The Gather runs successfully. I am on a test environment, so I am at a disadvantage regarding how much data has changed. But here's what I'm seeing:
