How Item standard conversion works

Hi,
How the standard conversion of item works?

I create one item with the primary UOM Dozen.

The standard conversion is

1 pp=4*each
1dozen=12*each

I enter the 100 quantity in pp UOM through miscellaneous transaction.What could be the on hand quantity?
