Data Guard with Oracle EBS R12

Hi AllI have configured Data Guard with Oracle EBS R12.1.3
Logs are transmitted to standby database, applied successfully, I can perform fail over. Everything working fine on Database end.
How can I replicate my application tier with standby application tier?
