R12.1.2 - The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency.

Hi All,

I have problem with create accounting process in AR. There are error occure for Receipt Journal Entry.
The error shown as "The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency."
I found the Exchange Gain or Loss with Entered_Dr = 0 and Accounted_Dr = 178,531,299. Is it normal Exchange Gain or Loss occur though the rate is same ?

Please help to resolve this problem.
