Time Conversion Of JCA Adapter

 Hi All,
Could anyone of you please specify what is the expected behavior of JCA Adapter (BRM Adapter) when converting times of input flists to be send to BRM?

Also, please clarrify how BRM will translate the below time:
2012-05-18T13:59:06

And if the server has been configured in CET timezone (+02:00).
