R12.1.1 upgrade patch 6678700 fails with : Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab().

hello,
I'Am getting the error while runing (American English) unified driver (u6678700.drv).

AutoPatch error:
Unable to allocate memory in procedure aiumab().

And also shows the warning meddage for
AD Worker warning:
Product Data File
/erp/oracle/qat_r12/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/eaaprod.txt
does not exist for product "eaa".
This product is registered in the database but the
above file does not exist in APPL_TOP.  The product.
