Subscribing an Operating Unit to tax

I have two tax regimes setup with for two different taxes. I subscribed my operating unit to the tax through Use Subscription of the Legal Entity.
Only one tax is calculating. I want to unsubscribe; how can I do it?

I have other operating unit that I added the regimes via configuration options and they are okay.

Pls Urgent.
