Anyone encountered problem with crashing 11.2.0.2 RAC instances after upgrading to ODA 2.2.0.0.0

Hi all,
has anyone encountered problems with 11.2.0.2 RAC instances crashing (ORA-07445 skgxp_local_status_change) when one of ODA nodes is rebooted (using linux "reboot" command). This problem appeared after
upgrading the ODA to version 2.2.0.0.0 (infra + GI upgrade and DB software install only). I cannot reproduce the problem with our 2.1.0.3.1 ODA's and I'm wondering if other people have encountered this problem.

So the situation:
* OS UEK 5.8
* GI 11.2.0.3.2
* RDBMS 11.2.0.3.2 (software only)
* RDBMS 11.2.0.2.5 (the RAC databases are running from this home)
