Is OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B replacement of OKC_K_HEADERS_B in R12 ?

In 11i , we created synonym over table OKC_K_HEADERS_B in custom schema and procedures over that.
After R12 , upgradation we found that tabe OKC_K_HEADERS_B no more exist.

I can see table OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B is having synonym with name OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL

So, Is OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B replacement of OKC_K_HEADERS_B in R12 ?
