10.1.3.4.2 setup error

Hi.

I am trying to instal bip 10.1.3.4.2  on windows 2003 server -sp2.when i invoke the setup.exe it displays that I have passes all the requirements and then it error out? " The instruction at 0*30312d31referenced memory at 0*30312d31". The memory could not be "writen".

I tried running it as an administrator, am i missing something? can any one who had a sucessful instalation with 10.1.3.4.2 please help?
