Oracle Incentive Compensation- Getting Internal Server Error while creating Bonus Type Formula

Hi All,

When en we try generating a bonus type formula in OIC, the page loads for about 10 minutes and then shows Internal Server Error.
We are not able to figure out where the issue is. We have even tried increasing the TimeOut value of httd.conf File as suggested in one of the Oracle thread but still the issue prevails.

Please someone provide us the solution for the same.

Note: We are able to Save and Apply the Bonus type formula but it errors out only when we GENERATE the formula.
