Database Upgrade 11.2.0.2.3 to 11.2.0.3 DBUA

Hello:

After Installation software for Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 into a new Oracle home, we run the Pre-Upgrade Information Tool before we using DBUA,

but the DBUA outputs this:

ORA-20171: WM error: Indexes on versioned Objects cannotbe altered

ORA-06512: in WMSYS.WM_ERROR

ORA-06512: in WMSYS.NO_VM_ALTER_PROC

what can we do?
