Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Outbound Webservices error

We are upgrading from SEA 8.009 to SIA 8.117.

When I try to run the outbound webservices, I am getting error SBL-EAI-04127, 00151.

The message Element with XML tab 'Messages' is not found in the definition of EAI Integration Component.

I was comparing 8.009 to 8.117 and we have the same EAI Integration Component Structure, it works in SEA 8.009 but not in SIA 8.117

I was wondering if there is any differences in the AXIS Weblogic that is supported in 8.009 SEA compared to 8.117 SIA?

Any other helpful ideas would be appreciated.
