Canceling Requisitions in Purchasing that were created in eProcurement

I am using PeopleSoft 9.1. Is it possible to cancel a line in Purchasing (Purchasing \ Requisitions \ Add/Update Requisitions) from a requisition created in eProcurement (eProcurement \ Manage Requisitions)?
We have several requisitions that were created in eProcurement that apparently cannot be canceled currently using the Purchasing module. While trying to do this, we get the following message:

"eProcurement Requisition line (1) cannot be canceled or deleted in Purchasing component. (10150,221)

If you would like to cancel or delete this requisition line, please go to eProcurement Requisition component."
