Unaccounted Transactions Report returning all transactions for all operating units

We have several Operating Units and each operating unit has it’s own AP Inquiry Responsibility. The expectation is that when you run the Unaccounted Transactions Report in each of the responsibilities; you would only have the ability to see the results for the individual operating unit that is associated with the responsibility. For Example, I log into AP Inquiry AWW (in this example AWW is the operating unit) and do the following:
View Requests>Submit a New Request>Click OK> Unaccounted Transactions Report>Select Ledger>Select US Ledger
The report returns all unaccounted transactions for all operating units for the US Set of Books. The expected results would be that it would only show the results for the operating unit AWW. I would expect that because the responsibility is limited to only AWW – it would limit all data to only AWW no matter how you run it – even at the Ledger level
