Upgrade to 12i and Customer Conversion

Hi,

If we plan to convert from 11.5.10.2 to  Release 12 by not reimplementing, but just doing the upgrade patches, What options would be available to us for Customer Conversion.

We have thousands of Inactive Customers and we do not want to carry them over to Rel 12 - what are the options available to us to achieve the same.
