Launch Create PO Workflow - not creating POs for Requisitions from Punchout Catalogs

Hi,

'Launch Create PO Workflow ' is not creating POs for Requisitions from Punchout Catalogs. It works fine for Requisition created from Purchase Agreements.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing? Any Workflow attribute that needs to be set to accomplish this?
